All prices are per night and per apartment.
5th person in Type C: €15/night surcharge | Type B apartment is ideal for two people and can be supplemented with an additional sleeping option for a child (baby bed for €10/night surcharge).
Pets allowed upon request in certain apartments: €14/night.
Final cleaning:
€95/stay
We clean to high hygiene standards, so cleaning by guests is currently not possible.
Rental linen:
2 towels and 1 set of bed linens €20 per person/change.
Arrival:
Arrivals on Saturdays from 16 May 2026 to 12 September 2026.
Outside this period (before 16 May 2026 and after 12 September 2026), arrival is possible daily by prior arrangement, except on Sundays and public holidays.
Length of stay:
The minimum stay is three nights.
From 16 May 2026 to 12 September 2026: seven nights.
From 28 March 2026 to 11 April 2026, 17 October 2026 to 7 November 2026, and 19 December 2026 to 9 January 2027: five nights.
Shorter stays are possible upon request.
Check-in: 2:00–4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 6:00–10:00 a.m.
